Kathy Steffan is a Financial Wholeness & Organizational Wellness Coach who helps people understand their relationship with money, break free from unhealthy patterns, build habits that support their God-given dreams, and experience sustainable and transformational growth.
Through her company, Steffan Consulting Inc, Kathy uses Financial Sozo® sessions as part of a powerful, personalized multi-session journey to financial wholeness. Individuals, couples, and small business owners can experience a variety of tools including Purpose Train Mentoring and Financial Coaching as they move through the 4 Keys for Mastering Money.
Since 2015, Kathy has been teaching financial literacy and quickly learned that there are deep roots to financial issues. In April 2017, with this focus of inner-healing in mind, she trained under Stephen K. De Silva to gain skills for helping clients transform unhealthy mindsets, heal financial wounds, and break the hold of destructive generational patterns.
Kathy part of Stephen's Core Team for the Financial Sozo® Network. She is released to facilitate Advanced Sozo, Financial Sozo®, Purpose Train™, Prosperous Soul™, and was a key player in developing the training program for new Financial Sozo® Facilitators. Additionally, Kathy is a mentor in the industry-leading coach training organization, Coach Connections, LLC., a leader in the Accountable Network of coaches, and is the creator of Groundwork, a financial wellness group program, that is used by financial coaches in both Canada and the United States.
She works virtually from Calgary, Alberta, Canada and serves people from all around the world.

Certified Financial Sozo® facilitators must be part of the Financial Sozo Network for accountability, mentoring, and skill development. Our membership renews annually and requires lead facilitator experience in the Bethel Sozo ministry.
If I am not a good fit for you, we have facilitators around the world who can meet with you in person or over a video call.
I am also part of the Financial Sozo® Core Team and participate in the training and mentoring of Certified Members.
